Downfall — Falling Blocks Game

Downfall is a free falling-blocks game in the classic Tetris style: geometric pieces drop into a well and you slide and rotate each one to pack them tight and complete solid horizontal rows. A full row clears and everything above it drops down. The pieces fall faster the more lines you clear, so the pressure never lets up — and every run starts with a fresh, random sequence.

How to play

1. Drag left or right to move the falling piece across the well, and tap to rotate it.
2. Swipe down to hard-drop the piece straight to the bottom and lock it instantly.
3. Fill a whole row with no gaps to clear it and score; clear several at once for more.
4. The speed ramps up as your line count climbs — the run ends when the stack reaches the top. On desktop, use the arrow keys to move and rotate, and Space to hard-drop.
